Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our jewelry made from Japanese glass beads, items showing any signs of wear, damage, stretching, breakage, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the original packaging
We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it fairly.
Please note:
Damage caused by normal wear, accidental breakage, dropping, pulling, pressure, or improper care is not considered a defect
Japanese glass beads are delicate by nature, and breakage due to handling is not covered
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or made-to-order items
Personalized pieces
Sale items
Gift cards
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
Request and complete a return (if eligible)
Place a new order once the return is approved
EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in original condition and packaging
Include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise required by law.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take up to 10 business days
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund
