Beads Poetry jewelry is crafted using Japanese glass beads (including, but not limited to, Miyuki and TOHO), which are globally recognized for their quality, precision, and beauty.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
Japanese glass beads are inherently delicate and fragile
Jewelry may break, crack, or deform if dropped, pulled, bent, compressed, or handled roughly
Our products are not designed for impact, pressure, or heavy physical activity
Each item is handmade, and minor variations in size, shape, bead alignment, or pattern are natural and not considered defects
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or misuse are not covered by warranty, return, or replacement.
SECTION 3 – JEWELRY CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing from Beads Poetry, you agree to properly care for your jewelry.
We strongly recommend that you:
Handle items gently and avoid stretching or pulling
Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or showering
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, oils, and chemicals
Store jewelry separately in a soft pouch or box
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage for which Beads Poetry is not responsible.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Beads Poetry reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once production or packaging has begun.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for all applicable charges imposed by your local authorities.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped:
Beads Poetry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our jewelry, returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
Damage caused by wear, misuse, accidental breakage, or improper handling is not eligible for return or refund.
